I do not check email 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. If you are a current client and have a psychiatric emergency, please call 585-432-0717 for instructions on how to reach me. If you are unable to do so, unable to wait for a return call, or have a life threatening emergency dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Appointment scheduling changes can be made in the patient portal or emailed to mary@maryvanvoorhistherapy.com at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows are subject to a $75 fee.
